Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days for regional locations.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes, as we sell alcoholic beverages, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery. We cannot leave packages unattended at the door.
